What the website does
Vercel hosts public pages and the server API. Studio uses fixed examples, not model inference. There are no advertising or analytics integrations. Form submissions are stored in Neon Postgres, not public pages or GitHub.

RAMZ AI accepts recruitment applications, selected-purpose interest registrations and general or pilot inquiries. Each form records only the data you choose to submit.

Vercel may process technical request information under its privacy statement: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. Neon stores database records in Ohio, USA.
Recruitment data
RAMZ AI reviews applications using the submitted name, email, optional location, profile link and note, and PDF CV. Applicant details and PDFs are encrypted in Neon Postgres in Ohio, USA; authorized administrators access them through Vercel. Records are retained for 90 days and then deleted. No automated scoring or model training is performed. Applications are not shared with other applicants.
Interest registrations and inquiries
Email, optional name/organization, selected purpose/product/languages, message, source page, consent version and server timestamp are encrypted in Neon Postgres. Authorized administrators use them to respond or contact you only about your selected interests. These records expire after 365 days. They are separate from recruitment, are not used for model training, and are not automatically added to unrelated mailing lists. Save the private receipt to delete your record on the Interest or Contact page. No confirmation email is sent.
Developer platform
Neon manages account identity, password hashes, verification and sessions. RAMZ AI stores account balances, API-key names and prefixes, key hashes and request metadata in Neon. API-key secrets are shown once, not stored in plaintext. Request metadata excludes prompts and model output and is retained for 90 days. Keys expire after 90 days unless revoked sooner. Account data remains until account closure; request closure through the Contact page. Payments are not enabled and no payment details are collected.
Delete your application
Save the private receipt shown after submission. Its reference and deletion secret let you permanently delete your application and CV using the Careers page. No confirmation email is sent. Do not include identity documents, financial documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
